Sitting on the  bluemarlin  London management team, you will set the strategic ambition for the future whilst managing the operational realities of the day-to-day functions of the business. The Creative Director will be the lead client-facing member of the design team, representing  bluemarlin  not just creatively but in terms of experience, insight and attitude. You will hold a number of client relationships, balancing their needs with achieving award-winning creative work.   Bluemarlin’s  Creative Directors are much more than leaders of the design team. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, identifying world-class creative talent, driving bluemarlin to be the employer of choice. Working with the Management Team, you’ll need to understand the commercial side of the agency and ensure projects are delivered profitably.
